Last Updated: 20 June 2025  |  Effective Date: 20 June 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or enrolling in any Ledgra programme. By using the website or registering for a programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these terms in full. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Nature of Our Services

Ledgra provides general financial education only. Our programmes are designed to help participants understand common borrowing terminology, how repayment schedules generally work, and how to organise personal financial records. Nothing in our programmes, materials or communications constitutes:

Participants should consult qualified licensed professionals for regulated financial, legal or credit advice. Where relevant, we will point participants toward appropriate bodies such as AKPK (Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit) and Bank Negara Malaysia.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment in a Ledgra programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Ledgra. Places are limited and are not reserved until payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion. All enrolment information provided must be accurate and complete.

5. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant you agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Ledgra — including worksheets, workbooks, glossaries, digital tools, session slides and other content — are the intellectual property of Ledgra. Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale or public sharing of materials without Ledgra's written consent.

7. Payment Terms

All programme fees are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment is due in full prior to enrolment confirmation unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Ledgra does not store card details.

If you wish to discuss a payment arrangement before committing, please contact us at [email protected] before enrolling.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund of programme fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund but may, at Ledgra's discretion, be transferred to a future cohort. Ledgra reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or a place reserved in the rescheduled programme, at the participant's choice.

9. Disclaimers

Ledgra programmes are provided for general educational purposes. While we take care to ensure content is accurate and current, we make no representation that the information provided is complete, error-free, or applicable to any particular individual's circumstances. Participants act on information gained through our programmes at their own discretion and risk.

We do not promise any particular outcome from attending a programme. Results depend on individual circumstances, choices and actions taken after participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Ledgra's liability arising from or connected with these terms, the website or any programme is limited to the fee paid by the participant for the relevant programme. Ledgra is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss including loss of income, savings, opportunity or data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ledgra, its staff and facilitators from any claim, loss, damage or liability arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of Ledgra content or services.

12. Termination

Ledgra may remove a participant from a programme without refund where their conduct materially disrupts the session or violates these terms. Participants may withdraw from a programme subject to the cancellation terms set out in Section 8.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Ledgra services will first be subject to informal resolution — please contact us at [email protected] and we will endeavour to resolve matters promptly. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes will be referred to the courts of Malaysia, with Kuala Lumpur as the agreed jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

Ledgra may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or participation in programmes after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes by email.
